Appraisal Information
Performance Appraisals are used to define and set annual goals for each employee. An employee will complete the appraisal document and then review the document with their supervisors. Adjustments are made as needed, and completed appraisals are turned in annually.
Performance Appraisals are now available in TalentEd.

Badge
Employees, substitutes, authorized visitors, and designated supervisory personnel are issued and required to wear an appropriate District identification tag. Identification badges must be worn at all times while on duty.
Replace Badge
If an identification badge is lost or stolen, it is the employee’s responsibility to immediately contact the Business Services Department for a replacement badge by submitting a request for a replacement badge and paying the applicable fee.

The employee handbook is updated annually and published in English and Spanish.
Job Descriptions
CCISD posts all job descriptions for positions in the District. They are updated as needed.
KRONOS
KRONOS (Ultimate Kronos Group)is an electronic timekeeping system used to automate the timekeeping process and to stay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The system is used by all non-exempt employees of the District.
The data recorded in the KRONOS system shall be considered as the official record of the workday. Any disputes over actual hours worked or attendance will be resolved by referring to the official KRONOS records. Absences (e.g. personal, sick days) will be entered by the campus Timekeeper Manager.
Login to Kronos
Log into the Kronos website atccisd.net/kronos.
First time logging in?Your Username is the same as your District Username and your Password is temporarily set as the last four digits of your social security number.
You will then be prompted to change your password, type your new password, write it down so you won’t forget it.

CCISD YOUniversity is an online learning platform that houses Mandatory Staff Development and the School Safety Training coursefor staff. If you were employed as of August 3, 2023, a username was set up for you. If you were employed after that date, click here to register. If you forgot your password, click here to reset it.

Kronos
For password resets, please contact your supervisor or the Kronos specialist on campus (usually your campus Administrative Assistant).
Skyward
For assistance with Skyward, staff and students can contact their Skyward specialist on campus. If the campus specialist is unavailable, Staff can contact the Skyward team at extension 44737.
TalentEd Records and Appraisals
CCISD Staff:Do not use the password reset option on the TalentEd login page. Your TalentEd password is your district username and password that you use to login to the computer (not email address)
To reset your district password, refer to the Employee Password Reset page. If you reset your district password, please allow 15 minutes for the system to sync your new password with TalentEd.Contact your Campus Tech for additional support.

Workers' Compensation Information
If an employee suffers an injury during the course and scope of their employment with Clear Creek ISD, the employee must notify their supervisor immediately.
Within 24 hours of the accident, the injured employee or supervisor must contact their Campus/Department Designee with the details of the accident to complete anaccident report.
