This piece is very good condition with glass knobs for drawer pulls and Sellers metal latches for the cabinets. The top features four compartments; a large cabinet to each side a lower section accessed by a tambour door and a small cabinet above. The cabinet to the left contains a flour sifter. The cabinets have beautiful caramel colored slag glass that is in excellent condition. The lower half of this cabinet has a slide out table top. When the top is contracted it provides 15.5 inches of surface, and when extended, provides 24 inches of surface area or depth. Below the sliding table top is two large but shallow drawers and below that a cabinet to the left and three drawers to the right. The two lower drawers on the right are lined with metal. This cabinet has a surprising conversion. The shallow drawer to the right has been converted to fit a keyboard with a fold-down drawer front and the back of the drawer having an access point for your cords. It appears a previous owner used this piece as a desk. The casters on this piece appear to be original and this is a very sturdy cabinet. There are some minor age appropriate scuffs to the finish, but very few. less

It is difficult to identify the exact date of a Hoosier cabinet manufactured by Coppes Napanee and there are no hard and fast rules to apply. However, the type of finish, metal ID tag, how it was assembled, and the style of the flour bin will give you some clues.
